If you switch out strong for Hancock, strong talks about how he likes the ghoul . If I remember correctly it’s one of the few companion he says something nice about, now imagine if strong was actually Hancock real brother since he got replaced with a synth

Nice idea about bringing the kid exploring the new world. However, if we do get that new plot, Billy could probably be a ghoul squire. Since his body stopped developing, he certainly not having enough muscle to become a fighter. But we do have another choice, there's a mod on Nexus you can send the whole family to one of your vanilla settlement. Just search "Kid in a fridge - Peabody Family Settlers".

I just keep the mechanist lady at the lair, build max amount of robots, and send them on supply lines from there all over the place, especially on routes with random encounters. Minigun sentry bots protect settlers, caravans, and minutemen from everything around. Makes battles easy in the commonwealth

Playing the game for the first time due to the new Fallout series and I've really enjoyed your old commentary. I like the idea of synthetics being less than human but more than nothing. My character did a lot of work for the Railroad but views them as too dogmatic at times. He plays along w romancing Curie, but isn't quite sure her name shouldn't have been Joi.

Vault 33 had been in operation for 200+ years now, so wouldn't most if not all have genes from vault 31 by this point? When Norm went to vault 31 a good amount of pods containing cryogen managers were already empty, and due to lack of gene diversity lucy needed to marry outside 33. I think their passiveness comes down to the vaults ethics as Wilzig best described.

Nick, Deacon and Hancock are my fav companions in Fallout 4. It's the storylines, quips, and personality. It's only too bad you can't have more than one companion. I liked switching between companions to hear what they had to say to each other.

I disagree with your take on the wife's feelings for her husband. I think she loves him very much. She's doing things she morally disagrees with but is justifying it because it's a way to save and protect her family. Her facial expressions don't seem annoyed with him ..at least not to me. the party was just more of her securing HIS position with vault tech. She knew he'd have a problem with throwing a party so she did it behind his back for what she believes to be for his benefit. Even using him as a mascot was just her way of bring him in closer to vault tech. Getting him in good with the higher ups so when it came time, no one would question his allowance into the vault. Notice how the other people from management were frozen in their vault...without their families. I think she knew that she had to incorporate him into the company in a major way to get him in that vault so she did what she thought she had to do.

On survival use strong back, grab everything and use vertibird grenades. Take the armor and weapons too. Leave nothing. Scrap with scrapper perk. Don’t use provisioners. You only get the book option if you say you don’t wanna kill Alex and have the right stats. Hugo pretends to act remorseful and gives you a book that Alex was gave Audrey as a gift to try and talk her down. However It doesn’t matter either way because the book is a booby trap rigged by Hugo, the moment Alex opens it the book releases a poisoned gas that kills Alex. Really all it does is add dialogue that lets you call out Hugo for being a manipulative villain.

You can muse philosophy and ethics because we live in a time of peace; the wanderer and Harold do not have that luxury. What would’ve been right in their situation would be for Harold to live and spread his greenery.

There's one that I absolutely love. Bethesda added a holotape that allows me to take control of the turrets. Instead of just being able to disarm the turrets, I cause them to explode or turn them against the enemy. I can't remember where I found it. But, it's awesome when I find a situation where and when it works. Major LOL!

I just watched 'Love and Monsters' on netflix and it's honestly a movie so much better than this POShow. It's so much better to watch something short, sweet and uplifting Original, than this miserable pessimistic pile dropped on Fallout, that wipes any rebuilding of society off the face of the earth. The Ghoul was going feral. There were several behavioral and visual ques throughout. It wasn't until after the Super Duper Mart he truly started to remember who he truly was. That and the ammo he used was different

I feel like the Ghoul didnt kill maximus in the power armor because maximus had no idea what he was doing with the armor, and the Ghoul was just having WAY too much fun toying with his prey. If you remember, he actually comments on maximus' ability to use the armor within the same Filly fight, stating "... 'cause you drive that thing like a f****ng shopping cart."

1) in fairness to Season 1, we don't get to experience all of the creatures in the first few hours of playing. It takes time to get thru the map 2) not saying it's not FEV, but time, stimpacks, and food are wonder healers too. My character breaks all of their limbs fighting in 4, yet is right as rain after limping around for a few minutes.
